The Crosshairs Perspective
We protect the integrity of high-stakes decisions end-to-end — shaping them rigorously behind closed doors, fortifying them before public exposure, and defending them once they face external scrutiny.
Decisions rarely fail on substance alone. They fracture under exposure — first when the gap between leadership intent and internal interpretation is underestimated, and again when the resulting narrative meets a skeptical public unprepared. We ensure that both the decision and the narrative that carries it remain coherent, credible, and defensible once they leave the room.

From the Founder
The Crosshairs Moment: Where Decisions Are Most Vulnerable
My career has been built in the space between a decision and its reception.
I have been on every side of the decision.
As a journalist and news anchor, I decided which thread to pull — and watched organizations fail to anticipate what that would mean. As Press Secretary, I braced for what announcements would trigger before they were made. As a regulator, I read the signals leadership didn’t know they were sending. As a corporate communications lead, I watched reputational risk form in ordinary meetings, long before anyone called it a crisis.
What every position taught me was the same thing:
The damage rarely begins where leadership thinks it does. It begins earlier — in the decision that passed every internal test, in the timing nobody questioned, in the silence that hardened into a narrative before anyone thought to shape it.
Crosshairs Communications exists because of what I learned from all of those positions combined.
Now I advise the room before it moves.
Crosshairs Communications exists to serve as a strategic partner at the Crosshairs Moment™—the critical point when decisions are made, but their perception is anything but certain.
Our work ensures that reputational and strategic outcomes are protected, understood, and aligned with intent. Engagements are confidential and highly tailored to each decision and its context.
Our singular focus is the question: Will this decision hold, both inside your organization and outside in the world, once it leaves the room?
This is our standard. This is Crosshairs.
